Homemade Teriyaki Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Sake /rice wine
1 cup Mirin
1 cup Pineapple Juice
4 tbsp Honey
4 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 1/2 tbsp Fresh Grated Ginger

Cook all ingredients in a saucepot until the thickness of your liking. Be careful to keep the heat level under control, and not too hot or risk burning your teriyaki sauce. If the thickness too much much add a little water.
