We are into another week of self isolating and I have never seen so many people rattling pans at home. So many people preparing favorite dishes, family recipes that remind them of happy times.
This recipe is one of my favorite comfort food dishes. Nothing fancy, but in times of quarantine like this using ingredients you have from the freezer and pantry.
