½ cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon salt divided in half
2 teaspoon pepper divided in half
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 chicken breasts
1 Tbs cooking oil
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup Chicken stock
2 Tbs salted butter
1 Tbs lemon zest about ½ a lemon
2 Tbs lemon juice
¼ teaspoon brown sugar
Parsley and lemon slices, optional garnishes
