Add texture and color to your dishes. Demonstrated by Chef Jon-Paul Hutchins, learn how to cut scallions on a bias. An interesting way to cut a scallion is by using something called a bias cut. First, take the scallion and cut off the end at an angle. Using the same technique, with your fingers rolled back, cut at a bias. This will make your meal a little more interesting.
