Chef Tim Grable, Le Cordon Bleu Chef Instructor, demonstrates how to salvage over whipped cream. Over whipped cream looks grainy, which you don't want to eat. Instead of throwing it out, to fix it, add a little bit of un-whipped cream on top of it. Gently fold in the un-whipped cream, softening it right up. Giving it the smooth velvety texture you're looking for to go perfectly on top of your dessert.
