Larry Jayasekara from Gordon Ramsay's Petrus restaurant, creates his winning dishes from the National Chef of the Year 2016. The first is a native Scottish lobster cooked, then grilled and served with charred leek. The main course is a venison dish with spiced celeriac puree, and the dessert is a chocolate and coffee cream with honeycomb and roasted pears. National Chef of the Year is one of the most prestigious culinary competitions and Larry joins a long list of successful winners which includes Gordon Ramsay himself.
