Michelin-starred chef Simon Hulstone, from the Elephant restaurant in Torquay Devon, creates three dishes from his award winning restaurant The Room. his starter of Paignton crab, chicken, cucumber and oyster, followed by fallow deer, garlic capers, celeriac ash, bon bon is then finished with a bitter chocolate and rapeseed ganache, coriander beer nuts and a stout foam.
