In this video we speak to Aarik Persaud, Head Chef of the newly open Heritage. With the restaurant situated on the vibrant Rupert Street, Soho, it joins established restaurants like Hovarda, The Palomar, and The Blue Posts, and is just a stones throw away from London's main tourist hotspots including Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, and China Town.

Aarik tells us about his time spent working across the globe, from his home town of Toronto, Canada, through Europe, Asia, and Australia, to opening up his own butchers shop/restaurant, The Butchers Club in Hong Kong.
