The Queen and The Queen Mum loved Gin. That's no secret. But at Windsor Castle I used to collect the mulberries from the private estate and make mulberry gin. It made an amazing gin that graced the drinks trolley of the royal family. I found rhubarb and made this delicious cocktail using it. Adding a vanilla pod at the end gives that gorgeous vanilla flavor that reminds me of English Custard.
