Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs – RECIPE

Barbecue pork ribs, so good, but do we all have the time and a smoker to make them. I sure don't. I do have a slow cooker and a few minutes to get them ready. Just pop them in the slow cooker and head to work. When you come home you just spend an extra 10 minutes and you have some delicious BBQ ribs for you and the family.

  1. I NEVER made ribs a day in my life. Tried this recipe and I was BLOWN away!!! REALLY GOOD!!! I even made my own BBQ sauce… again, 1st time :)

  2. I have made ribs in the oven and on the barbeque, but never in a crock pot. The rub was easier to blend than what Randy showed.  I believe it was because I used a new box of brown sugar and there were no lumps.   It was a beautiful thing to put them on at 12:00 noon and go about my day for the next 6 hours.    I used honey barbeque sauce to keep with the brown sugar theme.  The meat was juicy, tender and flavorful.  My boyfriend loved them and I was able to stash away 4 ribs for the next night — couldn’t wait!!!!  These are no fault ribs and your family and guests will love them!!!!  YUMMY!!!!!

  3. Saw this video at 7pm last night, ran out and bought a slow cooker and all the ingredients. At 3am, me and my husband ate a whole rack of 4lb ribs. They were INCREDIBLE!!! Followed the recipe exactly except we used Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. Thanks so much for the recipe! Oh and they’re even better the next day!

  4. Finally got around to trying this recipe! got my second rack going right now, for 7 hours in a 4 quart cooker. the rub recipe in the description box makes 3 racks. This recipe is so easy and I would compare these ribs to steakhouse taste. Best thing I’ve ever made!

    • Bryan Toolsee no they actually have a gentle spicey kick if you don’t put in the extra brown sugar. Funny that you messaged me just now, I literally just put in another rack like 5 mins ago. my husband looooves this recipe!

    • Vera Green haha sweet, ill have to make them for my fiancé tonight. what bbq sauce did you use btw? thats a funny coincidence haha

  5. I made this yesterday Rusty and it was fabulous!  I did cut down on the Coke somewhat but it was great and thank you for the recipe.

  6. Making this now – the ribs are in the crockpot! Can’t wait to taste them, I know it will be delicious! 6 hours to go… Thank you for the recipe!

  7. I followed this recipe but with pulled pork. A dab of BBQ sauce. Some Cole slaw, which my family balked at, but I pressed it. Truly excellent. Slaw balances the flavor. I had to keep my picky daughters out of it. It’s my lunch for work tomorrow. I went to bed early and had to make peanut butter sandwiches for lunch. Spoiled brats. Four daughters. A wife. Two grand kids. I asked who ate my lunch. And all of them are positive that it was some guy named “notme”

    • Googled this morning. Found your recipe and then cooked this today as my husband LOVES ribs. Personally I find them a bit gross :). We used Diet Coke as didn’t have coke at hand. Husband gave it a total 10/10. Best he’s ever eaten. Thank you! Also, your recipe was much easier for me to cook to any I’ve encountered before.

  8. Thank you for this delicious recipe! I wanted to bring something different to our New Year’s Eve party and was craving ribs and happened to find your recipe. I was on a time crunch so I put my crockpot on high for 3.5 hours then used Baby Ray’s Sweet and Spicy BBQ sauce….amazing!!! Probably some of the best ribs I’ve had/made and super easy. Thanks for sharing and Happy New Year!

  9. I made some amazing ribs using this recipe. I used root beer instead of coke and it was amazing, but this recipe was surprisingly SO EASY and tasted so great. Easy to follow instructions along with some laughs! :) highly recommend this video/recipe!

  10. I tried this recipe 2 days ago… Thanks so much, this is some other level type of thing! I add my own twist by adding a bit of whiskey and oregano. The results were absolutely amazing! Im good at cooking but my rib game was amateur af and this got me to some other level, everybody was impressed!! Super simple and easy to make. Thanks a lot ♥️

I am a beginner in the kitchen and in vlogging so I really appreciate this recipe. I will make sure to link this video when I post my version (or at least my attempt) on my channel.
