Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Sesame Pork Loin is a great meal for feeding a crowd, great with a big pot of steamed rice.

RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:
4 lb. pork loin (this is the larger than a pork tenderloin, look at the wording)
1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 white onion, diced

SLOW COOKER SIZE:
6- quart or larger

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a medium sized bowl add the reduced sodium soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, vinegar, ginger, garlic, sesame seed and onion. Stir.
Add the pork loin to the slow cooker. Pour over the sauce.
Cover and cook for 7 hours on low. If you use smaller pork loin or tenderloin, you may want to reduce the time to 6 hours on low. Serve and enjoy!
